  1. This memo is in regard to the report issued by my department on 
  2. Thirteen April 1991. The report is titled, "An analysis of our market 
  3. position". Several senior staff members have raised doubts concerning 
  4. the the quality of the report. (I contributed to the report my own 
  5. self, so I can vouch for the contents.
  6.  
  7. In defence of the report,I would like to state that its the result 
  8. of many long hours of freely contributed overtime. My staff has been 
  9. praised in the past for their efforts, i.e. the analysis written last 
  10. December, which they got the award for. I only wish those 
  11. self-proclaimed critics could of written a report like this.
